With the following form, you may make a one-time gift, or easily set up a monthly recurring gift.

We accept stock gifts differently depending on how they are held. If you do plan to make a stock gift to the Catholic Appeal, please notify us by following the instructions on this form:

As part of your estate planning, you may designate gifts in your will or from a trust to support the Catholic ministry in Maine. You may designate a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, or the remainder of your estate after other obligations are met. This is the most flexible and popular form of legacy giving.
