The Very Reverend John (Jack) D. Dickinson has been appointed as the Vicar General. Reverend Emile Dubé, senior priest of the diocese, has been appointed Minister to Priests. Reverend Patrick Finn has been appointed as Chaplain of Saint Joseph Oratory in Portland. Shannon Fossett, has been appointed as the Chancellor.
